The SpeedGraphics Advantage

I only use the highest quality materials from start to finish to produce all of my graphics. Not only is the vinyl I purchase of the highest quality, but the equipment used to manufacture the final graphic is the best money can buy. Here's an overview of what I use to produce every graphic that goes out the door.

  • Vinyl used is Premium Cast Avery Dennison 2 Millimeter 7 Year Vinyl, the best money can buy period. For specialty orders, other vinyl may be used and outdoor durability may differ. I will clearly let you know this in the color section. No surprises here.
  • The machine that cuts the vinyl is a Summa Tangential T750 Pro. This beautiful machine cuts up to 30 inches-wide (most other cutters max out at 24 inches wide requiring larger graphics to be pieced together). My cutter uses a tangential cutting method. This cutting method is far superior to "drag" knife cutters (drag knife's are the majority used in sign shops today, because they are less expensive... tangentials are about three times as much). A tangential cutter actually raises the blade off the vinyl when it makes a turn or comes to a point. This allows for much cleaner and precise cuts. No jagged edges here!
  • I include an installation kit with every order. It includes:
    • My installation article that outlines every step to install any sized graphic.
    • A squeegee designed specifically for vinyl graphic installation.
  • A stylish SpeedGraphics.net vinyl graphic is included with every order.
  • When producing the graphic, I use special squeegees, special application masking tape depending on order type, and I take my time to make sure each one leaves the shop flawless.
