By accessing and using this website, you are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following Agreement carefully before placing your order. SpeedGraphics & Sign Design, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the site. You agree to review the contents of this Agreement on a periodic basis and your continued access and use of this site will be deemed an implied consent to the content of this Agreement.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All graphics are created by SpeedGraphics & Sign Design, Inc. (SpeedGraphics) on an individual basis, according to the specifications provided by the customer through our online ordering system or via special requests. All orders are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a return is authorized, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

To ensure you choose the proper graphic for your application, we highly recommend measuring your desired area for your graphic prior to ordering, and purchasing sample colors, the cost of which is refundable upon a graphic purchase.

In addition, we recommend that you carefully read our Vinyl Installation Guide before installing your graphic. Both surface preparation and following proper installation techniques are essential in obtaining a successful installation of your graphic.

ERRORS MADE BY SPEEDGRAPHICS
Any product resulting in an error on the part of SpeedGraphics will be replaced by SpeedGraphics upon request. The customer may also choose to return or exchange such products within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment. (The cost of the graphic will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable)

SHIPPING DELAYS AND/OR ERRORS
SpeedGraphics is not responsible for any delays in shipping. SpeedGraphics is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process.
