Product Specific

Magnetic Signs, Banners, Posters, or any display board sign (A-Frame, Lawn Sign, etc)

  • Allow a 1/2 (.5) inch) bleed around your artwork.
    • A sign 18" x 24" would be provided at 19" x 25".
    • Prepare your file using Wide Format Printing Guidelines. In summary:
      • Bitmap images should be saved as: 100dpi CMYK TIF at output size.
      • Vector graphics (.eps, .ai, etc.) should also be CMYK and include a .JPG image for proofing.

Roll-up Banner Stands

  • Allow a 1/2 (.5) inch) bleed around your artwork.
    • A sign 24" x 80" would be provided at 25" x 84.5".
      • An additional 4 inches of bleed (image) must be added to the bottom of the artwork to allow for attachment to the display hardware.
  • Prepare your file using our Wide Format Printing Guideline. In summary:

    • Bitmap images should be saved as: 100dpi CMYK TIF at output size.
    • Vector graphics (.eps, .ai, etc.) should also be CMYK and include a .JPG image for proofing.

Tradeshow Displays (Pop-up Displays, Fabric Tension Displays, etc.)

  • Check the individual product page in the shopping cart.
    • A template for layout or size specifications are usually found in the product description.

Vehicle Wraps

  • Photograph the vehicle on all sides with a digital camera.
    • Do not take pictures at an angle.
  • Measure the vehicle at various spots on each side for scale references.
  • Import the vehicle images into your design program.
    • Scale the images to actual size using your measurements for reference.
      • It is critical the image resizing is very accurate and to scale.
      • 50-72dpi is ok to manage file size.
  • A flattened CMYK .TIF file at output size usually works best for each side
    • 50-100 dpi max
    • Use LZW compression if files are very large
  • Files sizes will impact how they files are provided
    • Mail CD or DVD-rom for very large files
    • Files less than 200mb can be uploaded to our server
